I have a deep connection to the wildlife of Kruger National Park. Although I photograph a wide variety of wildlife I have a special affinity for the notoriously elusive leopards, with their unique patterns, forms, and movements. The rich biodiversity of the Satara region of Kruger offered me a variety of encounters with these stealthy predators in their natural habitat, giving me a unique perspective on these majestic creatures. Furthermore I found that monochrome photography adds a layer of timelessness and drama, which work beautifully with subjects like leopards, accentuating the texture and contrasts.
